Did you miss me? ...probably not. Sorry it has been so long. It took an inordinate amount of time for me to get around to working on rantfest here on the new server. It is far from done and don't be surprised if it is broken for awhile when you come back. I am still finding new bugs here and there in what I have written, and I am sure I will find a ton more in what needs to be coded. I have, however, made a lot of progress. In the past 36 hours, I have probably spent about 10 hours coding. The back pages are progressing very nicely. I have improved upon nearly every aspect of back pages compared to previous versions of rantfest with exception to how they look (that is coming very soon on my list).
I have an "Add comment" button down there...but comments are disabled right now, so don't get your hopes up. The comments are one of the areas I am chasing bugs down in. Also, I am still planning on making you log in to post comments, but since I am far from functional on quite a bit, I don't want to open the back pages to the world yet.
Anyways, as for the non-site related crap: We have moved into our new place. We are still far from organized, but it is starting to feel like home. We are moved in enough that we will be hosting DnD in our basement in about 36 hours...exciting. Um...Oh yeah, I am officially going to be a student again. I will start working towards a major in Visual Communication this fall, so hopefully, in two years I will have an associates of applied science. Which means a degree before I am 30 so I can stop hating myself some. Oh well, I need sleep. Later.
Oh, and the ugly ass color for the background in intentional. I figured I would be more inclined to work on it if I knew it was just downright ugly.
