So the wife gave me a new project to work on today. She was gathering up all her notes and notebooks for her novels and wanted a way to organize them. I have been wanting a data repository kind of program for a while now. After a bit of bouncing ideas back and forth, the biggest desired feature we both wanted was basically a database with a front end that supports categories for information retrieval. So, in a way, it is like a portable rantfest, only this time it is written in visual basic with an access backend instead of perl with a mysql backend.
