Well, maybe I just hate my bank. At the time when I was looking for a bank in town, they were the only bank that offered free online banking. You could pay your bills online free of charge (now for just less than the price of a stamp). Everywhere else wanted insane amounts of cash to do it, which might make sense if I wrote 50+ checks a month, but as it is, I write 3-4. Anyways, my hate...back to my hate. I hate the fact that if I were to deposit a check from a normal person, it is deposited almost as fast as I hand then the check...ok, midnight if I deposit by 2 and midnight the next night if I deposit after 2. The point is that they put the money in my account in fairly small amount of time. And the amount of money does not seem to matter, since I have deposited checks over $1000 from friends/family and they still went through without a hitch. What I hate is the fact that anytime I deposit a check from a nationally recognized firm or business it takes 5-10 business days. When I first quit Wal-Mart and got my big leaving check...it took 7 days. Now, today, after 4 days, the check from Merril Lynch finally went through. I don't understand why money coming from companies that have so much money THEY CAN NOT BOUNCE CHECKS it takes so long while they through money at me when I give them a check from a relative nobody. It just pisses me off.
I hate banks.

Posted: 2005-05-24 15:55:42, by ErandoBanks suck. Money's insane and people obsessed with it are freaks too.Every bit of interest counts
Posted: 2005-05-24 16:12:06, by MillerThe longer they can hold off paying you, the more interest that money collects in the bank (for them). And you don't get to bill them with late fees or sic the dogs of war on them when you don't get your money in a timely fashion. Damn speculating capitalist pigdoghogpigs.Hide it all under the bed mattress.

Posted: 2005-05-25 10:05:59, by TheBackofMyMind...you don't want to get me started on what I think of banks. However, check this small pdf out: www.thebackofmymind.com/manifesto.pdf If you want to listen to a recording about how the Federal Reserve was created, so that you can despise the institution of banking even more, let me know and I'll post it again on my site.Is that the Jeckyl Island thing?
Posted: 2005-05-25 12:38:23, by talamYou had it up on your site a long time ago and I listened to about half of it I think. The narator has a droning voice and I did not make it very far.Yes
